Augmented Design - Print & Web - Adverts // Campaigns

Union Square
Great use of consistency with the mapped logo onto their printed designs and overall branding. Definitely a strong ethos being implemented for their company which comes across as an easily interpretable piece of work that the audience can use. Very important to be user friendly as it's created for a huge tourist attraction.

Helsinki Design Week
Another good example of a consistent branding and design advertisement campaign. Helsinki Design Week uses a strong logo design, which has a Barbara Kruger-esque feel to it, throughout their entire branding and advertising. Very crisp and visually attractive.

Simple and solid design idea for WWF. The idea of using creatures/animals that are known to be scary to most people and playing on that terror of that there would be more if they were to not exist. Reinforcing the message that extinction of animals shouldn't be happening and that more should be done to help them.

Effective yet simple use of colour for headache and pain relief tablets. Highlighting the person most in need of them with the red, which is the stronger dosage and the rest with the green. Very simple concept that only uses illustration and 2 colours. The message gets across easily.

This advert isn't so obvious but I like the consistency of the style of photography used. Which creates a hidden feel within all of the images. Its not an obvious harley davidson ad as it's too do with WW2 and the parts of bikes being hidden so they couldn't be used by nazi's. Not the most memorable advert structure but the imagery is very good.
