Type Journal - Braun Logo

The logo for Braun is a an iconic design that has been represented as apart of their well built and designed products. I recently bought a Braun shaver and was trying to figure out what font had been implemented within the logo. I was well aware that the logo was most likely custom designed, using elements of 2 or more sans serif fonts, but I was unsure of which fonts may have been took into consideration when forming this updated version of the logo design. There is a free font online, entitled 'Chingolo Pro' with similar characteristics to the Braun logo and has most likely been inspired by it, since it was released in 2006 online. The edges of the letter forms are similar, however it appears to be much thinner and tighter than the logo. http://www.dafont.com/chingolo-pro.font
