After we had took into account the ideas to include on our card designs, within the group we decided that half of us would make our own mock up versions of the business cards and then bring elements of each others interpretations together.
We had already discussed the use of icons and how they would be used within the project to help communicate our message across, however i didn't implement them in my designs.
I tried to take a minimal approach to these cards.
I used futura for the titles and body text. I think that the use of lowercase futura for the project title on the back of the cards is more clear to understand than using capitals.
The briefs problem stated on the back was to stand out to the audience and let them know what the information on the other side was related to.
Our group talked about using dark pastel tones for the cards colours and suggested using green, blue, grey and red. One colour for each of the 4 categories.
