Type Journal - Propaganda poster 02

Here is a hand rendered font used on a poster advertising a club night for the 02 academy.
There are various weights of individual letters within this typeface. The letter A appears to be bolder than the rest. The K and S also appear to be thicker. It's an unusual mixture and I don't think it quite works.
