Type Journal - Ilford Film Packet

Looking at the dotted type that has the date of when the film expires and its product code I believe?
I initially thought that it was stamped, however the black ink is the same as the rest of the printed text. It's confusing as a lot of the dots are too close together in some places, which makes me wonder how quickly it was put together. It's not the cleanest typeface out there but its an interesting digital sans serif that I haven't come across before.
